A support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 24 hours.
Before sending any refund request, you need to contact us to let us know about the issues with our product. If we are unable to solve the issue in 48 hours, the refund will be given without any more question. We can't provide you the refund unless you contact us regarding the issue and you need to wait for 48 hours maximum.
