Refund Policy

Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition. If you are unhappy with any of our product, navigate to the Orders section. Click on the “Get Help” button and mention you want refund. A support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 24 hours.

You’ll get the refund, if
  1. Item is not as described.
  2. Item has a security issue.
  3. Item support is not as promised.
  4. an item that has not been downloaded yet.
You’ll not get the refund, if
  1. You bought an item by mistake.
  2. You change your mind.
  3. You don’t have enough skills to use the item.
  4. If there is an issue with 3rd party plugins/script.
  5. Conflicting with 3rd party addon or not working with a 3rd party addon/plugins/script.
  6. Your server has a limitation to use our item.
  7. The issue you mentioned is not correct.
Note:

Before sending any refund request, you need to contact us to let us know about the issues with our product. If we are unable to solve the issue in 48 hours, the refund will be given without any more question. We can't provide you the refund unless you contact us regarding the issue and you need to wait for 48 hours maximum.
